Challenge yourself to complete 30 classes in 30 days. Experience the amazing physical, mental and physiological benefits of a daily practice. 

We invite you to make a commitment to your practice, 30 classes in 30 days. Deepen your practice, refine your postures and gain a better understanding of your body and its capabilities. 

Supported by the entire Hom team, this practice will take you on a journey within yourself; exploring and pushing your physical and mental boundaries, leaving you stronger, more mindful, and with a deeper sense of self. 

Journey Guidelines

  • You will need either a package or membership to participate. The unlimited membership makes the most financial sense.

  • Make sure you can commit enough time each day to complete the Journey. Doubles to make up for classes are allowed.

  • All class styles permitted during the Journey. If you feel you need a day to stretch out sore muscles, try Yin.

  • Weekly emails from our yoga team to keep you inspired on your Journey.

  • Feel free to reach out to any one of our teachers or front desk staff at Hom Yoga for support along the way. We are here for you!

  • Track your progress on our Journey board.
