Sheena Brown

Sheena has been practising yoga for over 9 years and is constantly amazed as to how it has changed her physical strength, emotional balance and understanding of life. Her aim through teaching is to give students the tools to practise awareness and basic yoga principles in everyday life so they feel nurtured, calm, balance and happy.

Sheena loves to create sequences that encourages students to move freely in their bodies. She feels that focusing on correct alignment allows a student to understand the importance of the mind and body connection.
