Kristy Da Silva

Kristy has always loved movement. Growing up, she trained in classical ballet and gymnastics. 

After practising yoga for 3 years, she became curious about yoga beyond asana and saw teacher training as the perfect way to dive deeper into the practice. She completed her vinyasa training at Flow Athletic. During this time, she also finished a mentorship program with Alexa Nehter.

Since then, she has studied yin yoga with Sarah Owen and participated in workshops with Kathryn Budig, Patrick Beach and Carlos Pomeda. Kristy is also a qualified mat and reformer pilates teacher. 

Kristy believes yoga is a wonderful way to strengthen your relationship to your body, mind and everyone around you in a way that is more peaceful and meaningful. From her classes, you can expect a strong and intelligently designed flow. It could also be a gritty, long, slow and deep practice to build mental strength, discipline (tapas) as well as physical foundation. You can expect to have fun and get sweaty in her classes!
