Candice Woollcott


Candice started practising yoga 12 years ago, when she walked into her first Bikram class, but it wasn't until she found Vinyasa yoga that she truly experienced the connection between a moving practice and her inner world.

Candice completed her 200 hour training with Power Living a year ago and has spent the past 12 months assisting, teaching and absorbing as much as she can from the teachers who inspire her.

Her intention is to create a space which allows her students to be with themselves. She is inspired by the dance of seamlessly allowing the breath to move the body so one can stay truly connected.
