  • Vinyasa Flow Sunday

    Due to a shut off to our electricity on Sunday, 19 February, we have decided to organize a Vinyasa Flow Sunday where we will conduct non-heated Vinyasa Flow classes ALL DAY!

     

    We will also use candles to light up Hom Yoga to create a unique, soft, soothing and even more peaceful experience.

    Justine’s Biography

     

    Justine's passion for yoga started 12 years ago when she left Australia and moved with her family to France. She decided to go for her first yoga teacher training and has since established yoga schools and communities in countries such as France, Switzerland, Germany, and now in the US.

     

    Education has always been an integral part of Justine’s life. She has completed several teacher trainings: Yin Yoga, Buddhism and Spiritual Psychology (Sarah Powers) , Yin Yoga (Paul Grilley), Yoga Anatomy (Leslie Kaminoff) Power Vinyasa Yoga (Baron Baptiste), Bikram Yoga Teacher Training, and has attended several courses and retreats on meditation and yoga philosophy!

     

    After years of yoga teaching and community building, Justine expanded her vision and started 'karma yoga' programs where she uses her skills as a teacher and a marketer to raise awareness and funds for the Australian Himalayan Foundation supporting programs in Nepal and Tibet.

     

    She also volunteers at Living Yoga in Portland, US, where she lives with her husband and 2 kids!

     

    Justine's classes are empowering, inspirational and full of love! Simply a blissful experience!

    • Yin classes will not count towards the Hot Journey.

     

    • You can do 2 classes a day and rest the next day, or do 1 class everyday for 30 days. As long as you complete 30 classes within 30 days, you have completed the Hot Journey.

HOT YOGA

Hot yoga is yoga practiced in a heated room of approximately 38 degrees Celsius. The heat allows the body to sweat out impurities and toxins.
